ANALISIS POLA BAGI HASIL ANTARA PEMILIK PUKAT TERI DAN NELAYAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DI DESA BARAN KABUPATEN LINGGA

Abstract

This study aims to find out the costs, income, profits and benefits for the results of trawlers fishing workers in the efforts of anchovy trawling in the village of Baran District Senayang Lingga. The population of this study is all anchovy fishermen in Baran Village as many as 5 trawling anchovies and also fishermen who work.This research is a quantitative research description. The types and data sources used consist of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by observation, interview, and recording.The results of this study showed that the average profit obtained by the owner of the anchovy trawler amounted to Rp 284,806,667 per year and for fishermen the income amounted to Rp 3,396,507 Per month. From the calculation of profit analysis and Profit Sharing,itis known that the fishermen's income is quite large and can meet the needs and welfare of the fishermen permonth.
