In this study the authors conducted a road function classification using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. By using 70 training data and 45 data testing data with parameters of road width, asphalt penetration/mekadam, good condition, medium condition, mildly damaged condition, heavily damaged condition and LHR, which these parameters are used to find three classes, namely Arteri Primer, Kolektor Primer and Lokal Primer, then the results of the classification of provincial road functions in Riau Islands Province with an accuracy value of 95.56%.
