PERANCANGAN PROTOTIPE KENDALI ROLLER JARING PADA BAGAN APUNG BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS

Abstract

Various kinds of fishing gear are widely used by fishermen of Kepulauan Riau Province. Bagan Apung is one type of fishing gear used by fishermen in coastal communities in Kepulauan Riau. The easy fishing method and one day fishing is the reason for the large number of fishing gears used. One of the problems of floating chart fishermen is the wooden handle of the fishing net roller that is operated manually and heavier. This research has succeeded in making prototypes of net based on internet of things. This study uses SIM900 as an internet connection and the Blynk application as an interface on a smartphone. The results of this research are the nets are successfully controlled via a smartphone via the Blynk application
