Abstract

Long Term Evolution (LTE) network is a wireless network technology with faster access speeds than previous technologies. Telkomsel is one of the operators in Indonesia that has many customers accessing the internet on the LTE network. The capacity or speed of the LTE network can be seen from the parameters on the LTE network, namely RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power), RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power), and SINR (Signal to Noise Ratio). The quality of a network can be determined for good or bad using a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) based on predetermined categories. The results of measuring the quality of the 4G network in the UMRAH Dompak rectorate building on the Telkomsel operator are that the RSRP parameters on the 1st and 2nd floors are dominated by bad categories and on the 3rd floor are dominated by normal categories. The RSRQ value is dominated on the 1st floor which is dominated by the very good category and the 2nd and 3rd floors are dominated by the normal category. the SINR value, the three floors are dominated by good categories.
