PENGUJIAN FOTODIODE SEBAGAI SENSOR RADIASI MATAHARI

Abstract

Photodiode measurements are performed to determine the characteristics of the photodiode as a sensor of solar radiation. This measurement is done by designing a system using Arduino, RTC DS3231 and SD Card Module Photodiode sensor can be used as a solar radiation sensor based on the pattern of voltage changes in the photodiode along with changes in sunlight received by the photodiode. The system has been successfully designed using a single photodiode, DS3231 RTC module, SD card adapter module. The highest value read by a photodiode occurs at 12:00 WIB with a voltage of 4 V.
