IMPLEMENTASI METODE WEIGHTED PRODUCT (WP) PADA SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN SELEKSI CALON PEGAWAI HONORER DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM DAN PENATAAN RUANG

Abstract

Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang an Agency that carries out functions in the field of Public Works, Spatial Planning in the Tanjungpinang City Government and other tasks given by the leadership. In choosing honorary employees we can see from the curriculum vitae of prospective applicants, such as work experience and educational background depends on the needs of the relevant agencies. This research aims to create a system or tool that can provide decisions to relevant agencies that will receive services from the best prospective applicants, so that the relevant agencies can carry out their duties properly. This research was conducted at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Tanjungpinang for 5 months from February to June 2020. The number of research samples were 43 applicants whose excel data were still stored in the Secretariat of the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang.
