Abstract

Oyster mushroom is a food ingredient that has many benefits in various fields of life. Besides being able to be consumed and have many benefits for the body, oyster mushrooms can also be used for business opportunities, namely the cultivation of oyster mushrooms. Temperature and humidity are something that must be considered in oyster mushroom cultivation. Temperature and humidity play an important role for optimal and perfect fungal growth. This research was conducted with the aim of making it easier for oyster mushroom cultivation farmers to maintain the stability of the temperature and humidity of the mushrooms in order to grow optimally by making a temperature and humidity sensor using DHT11 and Arduino uno as control devices. In this study, a monitoring system for oyster mushroom cultivation was developed using the Mamdani fuzzy logic method. The test results prove that this temperature control system can inform farmers through a website application of the stability of the temperature and humidity of the oyster mushroom house with a temperature of 29°C, and the humidity of the air is 80%. In addition, there is an LED as an indicator in the NodeMCU hardware which is used as a reference for temperature and humidity in the mushroom house.
