IMPLEMENTASI METODE RAPID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT (RAD) PADA RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INVENTORY OBAT (STUDI KASUS: RUMAH DETENSI IMIGRASI PUSAT)

Abstract

Go Clinic is a health service facility for detainees at the Central Immigration Detention Center. The process of managing drug data, both incoming drugs, outgoing drugs, drug stocks and making reports is still done manually. Sometimes the number of requests for drugs is more than the number of drugs provided and also often the number of drugs provided is more than the demand. To overcome these problems, a system is needed that can manage the drugs at Go Clinic. Drug inventory control methods used in this study are Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock (SS) and Re Order Point (ROP). The system development method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The stages in the RAD method make it easier for researchers because the stages are carried out systematically and require a short system development time of 64 days. At the requirements planning stage, the results of the analysis of functional and non-functional requirements of the system are obtained. At the design workshop stage, the system design was obtained using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and system interface design. At the implementation stage, a drug inventory system was generated and tested using the black box testing method and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The test results show that the drug inventory system that has been built has met the requirements of user needs and the functionality of the system works well.
