Abstract

The Detention and Refugee Data Integration System (SIDADESI) is a system used by the Tanjungpinang Central Immigration Detention Center (Rudenim) agency to manage data on Detainees and Refugees under the auspices of the Tanjungpinang Central Rudenim. SIDADESI still has several shortcomings that are needed by users, including the Detainee Attendance process is still done manually, the Refugee Supervision process is still done manually, there is no report print menu for both Detainee data and Refugee data. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to develop a Data Integration System for Detainees and Refugees (SIDADESI). This research uses Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method. The RAD used uses four development phases, namely the planning analysis phase, the modeling analysis phase, the modeling design phase, and the construction phase. In the planning analysis phase, the results of functional and non-functional requirements analysis are obtained. In the modeling analysis phase, an overview of the system that has been running previously obtained. In the modeling design phase, the system design is obtained using Unified Modeling Language (UML), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and system design. In the last phase, namely the construction phase, the results of the implementation of the phases that have been carried out previously, such as an overview of the finished system and testing using black box testing are obtained. The test results show that the functionality of SIDADESI works well and is in accordance with the needs of the user.
