Abstract

The role of employees in improving the best service is very impactful, so it requires good management of human resources. One of the important aspects of a company is to have a good employees scheduling. This is supported by the rapid advances in technology that allow employee work schedules made in the application form in order to save time and resources. Application that can support is the employee scheduling application using genetic algorithms. Therefore, the authors tried to implement at YANTEK PT DREEDOLF INDONESIA in Tanjung Batu to form employee work schedules. The process requires the best fitness value obtained from the selection, crossover and mutation processes. The result obtained from genetic algorithm modeling on employee work scheduling application is the work schedule of YANTEK employees of PT DREEDOLF INDONESIA district Tanjung Batu. The results of tests that have been carried out using 4 groups of employees, 4 divisions of work, and 7 working days as parameters indicate that the Genetic Algorithm method can produce a work schedule that is formed optimally and effectively according to company requirements.
