Abstract

The surimi processing step requires a washing process. Surimi washing residue is wasted and considered as waste. If this liquid waste is discharged into public waters without prior treatment, it will discuss the environment, causing odor, water eutrophication, and siltation. Therefore, this research develops an instrument for automating surimi washing residual water as an integrated innovation so that surimi liquid waste is wasted can be reused.
