The purpose of this research is to design and manufacture an electric bicycle drive system and be able to analyze the efficiency level of using a BDLC dynamo and Yuasa 12 V 6 Ah battery by making a series circuit using 2 batteries. The other main components used are used BMX bicycles, 24 V controller, throttle, sockets, and 2 x 2.5 mm aspan cables. This research is a type of qualitative and quantitative research. The research conducted has a focus on the design of the design sketch and the manufacture of the object of the electric bicycle component. To obtain primary data and secondary data, researchers used observation techniques, literature studies, as well as measurement and testing techniques. The speed level of the bicycle was able to go at a speed of 16.5 km/hour to 26.7 km/hour and the battery was able to last up to a duration of 30 minutes.
