ANALISIS HASIL BELAJAR BIOLOGI SISWA YANG MENGIKUTI BIMBINGAN BELAJAR DI SMAN 5 TANJUNGPINANG

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between participation in tutoring and the learning outcomes of students at SMAN 5 Tanjungpinang. This research is a correlational study with a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were students of class X and IX IPA at SMAN 5 Tanjungpinang, who attended the tutoring of 19 students. Based on the feasibility test of the closed questionnaire instrument, 16 items were all declared all valid so that the items could be used in data processing. Then 5 items of the open questionnaire as a supporting questionnaire for the closed questionnaire. There are two variables in this study, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The data collection method used was the distribution of student questionnaires who took tutoring and documentation of learning outcomes who attended the 2019/2020 even semester tutoring. Data analysis techniques are divided into prerequisite tests and hypothesis testing, hypothesis testing using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. Based on the results of the research data analysis, the correlation proved that there was no significant positive relationship between tutoring and biology learning outcomes with a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.048 smaller than 0.050 with the level of closeness of the relationship seen from the pearson correlation value -0.460 with a moderate correlation category.
