MINAT BACA SISWA KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 2 TANJUNGPINANG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2020/2021

Abstract

This research was motivated to see the reading interest of class XI students of state senior high school 2 Tanjungpinang in the 2020/2021 school year. This type of research is quantitative. The method used in this research is descriptive method, the data technique used is a questionnaire technique, the population in this study were 390 respondents with a sample size of 80 respondents. To provide a questionnaire to the sample, the data analysis technique was carried out by using the validity test, and the reliability test using SPSS Version 20, the validity test was said to be valid as the criteria r table> r count, and it can be said to be reliable if> 0.6 The results obtained from this study are the results obtained overall student interest with a value of 66.74 with sufficient criteria. It can be seen from the results of the overall questionnaire data that reading interest is sufficient 66,74%.
