ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN PENGEMBANGAN LABORATORIUM VIRTUAL TERINTEGRASI MULTIPEL REPRESENTASI PADA MATERI LARUTAN ELEKTROLIT DAN NON ELEKTROLIT

Abstract

Chemistry learning on the material electrolyte and non electrolyte solution requires an understanding in the three representations. Three representations was called multiple representations. The three representations consisted of macroscopic representation, microscopic representation and symbolic representation. In the process of chemistry learning, students felt difficult to connect the three representation espesially in microscopic representation, because this representations is abstract. Therefore the interpretation of multiple representations were needed in virtual laboratories on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution. This research studied about how to need anlysis an integrated virtual laboratory of multiple representation. The subject of this research were teacher and 10 students of X IPA at SMA Negeri 1 Toapaya. The results of the pre-research question analysis showed that students’ scores were still below the minimum completeness criteria, namely 75.
