PROBLEMATIKA YANG DIHADAPI MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN BIOLOGI UMRAH PADA PELAKSANAAN PLP DITINJAU DARI KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK
This study aims to describe the problematics of UMRAH Biology Education students in implementing the introduction of the school environment in terms of pedagogical competence. The sample in this study were 63 students who had carried out an introduction to the school environment. The type of research used is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The research instrument used was a closed questionnaire sheet and reinforced with an open questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, obtained the highest score data that is 73 from the highest expectation score of 76 and a minimum score of 48 from the minimum expectation score of 19. The results of the analysis show a mean of 56.52 and a standard deviation of 5,361. From the results of the study there were about 65% of students who really did not understand the concept of pedagogical competence or around 41 students who were very experiencing problems in applying pedagogical competencies such as 1) Difficulties in mastering the ability to manage or condition a class, 2) Understanding student characteristics, and 3) Difficulties facilitate the development of potential learners through the availability of adequate infrastructure and supporting learning media.
