This research aims to develop student worksheets based on STEM approach in the digestive system topic for eleventh-grade high school students. The STEM approach is a learning approach that integrates aspects of science, technology, engineering, mathematics into a learning system. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) method with 4D model which has 4 stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. Based on result of the research, it was obtained an average media validation result of 91,25% with the categorized “very valid”. So it can be concluded that the development of students worksheet oriented to the approach of STEM on the digestive system material for use in eleventh-grade high school students developed with the 4D model is very valid for later use in the learning.
