Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of comparison in the novel Origami Hati by Boy Candra. The object of research is the Origami Hati novel by Boy Candra published by Media Kita in 2017. This research method is descriptive and uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by reading and recording techniques to find citations that contain comparative forms, then make the data as material for analysis. Data analysis techniques are carried out by classifying data, analyzing and interpreting comparison, analyzing the dominant comparison, sorting out comparison to be attached to the lesson plan, and making conclusions. The results of the analysis of data obtained from the comparison majas in the novel Origami Hati by Boy Candra and the implementation in learning Indonesian in junior high schools are alusio, simile, anthropomorphism, synesthesia, aptronim, hypochorism, hyperbole, personification, pars pro toto, totum pro parte , dysphemism, parables, perifrase and symbolic. The dominant form is the hyperbole form, and the found form is implemented into the learning implementation plan in Junior High Schools.
