Abstract

Low understanding of students towards thermochemical material, which is due to the low conceptual ability and mathematical algorithms of students. This is also caused by the lack of development of teaching materials by teachers. In its development, teaching materials can be used with certain technologies, one of which is AR technology. AR technology has an attractive visual appearance so that it can attract the attention of students. This research aims to find out the validity of the electronic learning module integrated augmented reality on thermochemical material. This research uses Research and Development research with 4D research model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). Sources of data for the research came from a chemistry lecture in FKIP UMRAH and a chemistry teacher of SMA Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang. The results of the validation of material and media on the electronic learning module integrated augmented reality on thermochemical material obtained 98% and 97% results with very valid criteria. It means that the electronic learning module integrated augmented reality on thermochemical material was worthy for learning process.
