This study aims to determine the differences in the results of self-assessment, peers and observers in assessing student performance. This study also aims to determine the average student performance in each instrument and determine student responses to the use of instruments in the material electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions. This research is a quantitative study with a comparative method. The sample population of this study were 24 students of Pharmacy class X1 with a sampling technique that is Cluster Sampling. This research instrument uses self-assessment sheets, peers, observations, questionnaires and interviews to find out more deeply the problems that occur in students. The results of the analysis obtained differences in self-assessment data, assessment of peers and observers of asymp. sig 0.000<0.05 which means there are differences in ratings. The average percentage of student performance that is appropriate from self-assessment, peer assessment and observer consists of 12.5% students in good categories, 25% students in the moderate category and 62.5% students in the poor category. Then the percentage of responses from each student's questionnaire to the use of self-assessment and peers was revealed to be very good, which on average reached values above 90%.
