"ANALISIS MINAT BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA YANG MENDAPAT PEMBELAJARAN MODEL QUANTUM LEARNING DENGAN KONTEKS BUDAYA LOKAL

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the quality of students’ mathematical learning interest after studying with quantum learning with local context in Cartesian coordinate topic. The methods in this research are divided into few steps including: (1) collecting data through data collecting instrument, (2) data analysis with percentage data analysis (P), (3) Interpret the results of analysis, (4) making conclusions of the interpretation of the results. The design of this research is qualitative descriptive to describe the quality of students’ learning interest in mathematics after studying with quantum learning with local context in Cartesian coordinate topic with the subjects of research are 28 students of VIII A students in Catholic Middle School. The results show that 11% of all students have moderate mathematical learning interest , 68% have high mathematical learning interst, and 21% have very high mathematical learning interest.
