ANALISIS WATAK TOKO DALAM KUMPULAN CERITA RAKYAT KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN ANAMBAS

Abstract

The background of the problem in this study was carried out because of the desire of researchers to rediscover the role models of folklore in folklore through character analysis of folklore from Anambas Islands Regency. The objects in this study are the characters in the collection of Anambas Regency folklore. While the method used by researchers is descriptive because the writer wants to describe the character of the characters in a collection of folklore Anambas Islands Regency. So the results of research and discussion that the author can conclude are the characters in a collection of folklore Anambas Islands Regency. Siti's character is an antagonist, that is, an evil character in a story, such as where Siti shouts loudly to her mother when she does not find warm water to bathe, her father's character is an antagonist, who is an evil character in a story. Like where the father does not care about changes in the attitude of the son of Siti who are increasingly unkind, the character of the mother is the protagonist, a person who has good character in a story, such as where the mother prepares breakfast for Siti and is always patient in dealing with Siti's behavior.
