Abstract

The background of this study entitled the moral values of the novel Merdeka Since Hati by Ahmad Fuadi is to find out the moral values of the novel Merdeka Since the Heart and contains many moral teachings so that researchers are interested in taking the title of this research and can apply positive moral values in daily life. day and can produce people who are moral and moral. The purpose of this study is to describe the manifestations of moral values contained in the novel Merdeka Since Hati by Ahmad Fuadi. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using library techniques, see, read and note. Data analysis techniques understand, identify, analyze, arrange and conclude data. The primary data source as the target of the researcher is in the form of the book Merdeka Since the Heart in obtaining the desired data. The results of the analysis conducted by the researcher are finding the manifestation of moral values in the novel Merdeka Since the Heart based on every action, direct quotation from the main character, Lafran Pane, which is more prominent.
