Abstract

The world is now being confronted by a pandemic known as the corona or covid-19 virus. The spread of the virus also affected the education sector. With the introduction of the virus, governments take a policy by issuing a handbill of directions on home learning (online learning). Associated with the process of online learning has, of course, made it necessary for educators to use media and multimedia technologies to create effective learning. The study was intended to develop a learning medium, a multifaceted blog video, with kinemaster's software, as an online study material on the pythagoras junior class viii theoretical material. The study is the type of research and development (R&D) that refers to model 4d. The stages of product development are limited to those of define (definition), design (planning) and development (development). The instrument used to obtain data is a validation sheet by experts that is addressed by material experts and media experts. The data-analysis techniques in this study are derived from qualitative data and quantitative data. As for the qualitative data obtained will be transformed into quantitative data using Method of Summated Ratings (MSR). Overall the validating results that have been obtained from each validator indicate that the learning media uses blog videos meet valid criteria.
