IDENTIFIKASI PEMAHAMAN KONSEP SISWA DI SMA NEGERI 1TELUK BINTAN PADA MATERI KESETIMBANGAN KIMIA MENGGUNAKAN INSTRUMEN TEST DIAGNOSTIK FOUR-TIER MULTIPLE
This study aims to identify the conceptual understanding of students in class XI MIPA on the chemical equilibrium material at SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Bintan. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The process of taking research samples using random sampling and using research instruments in the form of tests. The test instrument used is a four-tier multiple choice diagnostic test instrument for chemical equilibrium which includes sub-concepts, among others; (1) dynamic equilibrium, (2) homogeneous and heterogeneous equilibrium, (3) concentration equilibrium constant (Kc), (4) partial equilibrium constant (Kp), (5) relationship between Kc and Kp, (6) degree of dissociation, (7 ) shift direction and equilibrium using Le Chatelier's Principle and chemical equilibrium in industry. The results obtained in SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Bintan students that the concept understanding category occupies a percentage of 65% including the "high" understanding criteria. The percentage of the misconception category is 8.3% in the "very low" understanding, and the category does not understand the concept with a percentage of 19.6% in the "very low" understanding, and the lowest is the error data with a percentage of 7%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that students' understanding can be identified using a four-tier multiple choice diagnostic test instrument and students' understanding of concepts at SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Bintan on chemical equilibrium material is included in the category of "high" concept understanding percentage.
