CODE SWITCHING IN THE WORK OF "AHMAD FUADI NEGERI 5 MENARA"

Abstract

The study's purpose of was to define and identify the various types of code switching. This is a qualitative descriptive study. This study's data is in the form of code switching discourse. In the work of Ahmad Fuadi Negeri 5 Menara, published by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama in July 2009 with a page thickness of 405 pages, serves as the data source for this study. In gathering data, the researcher employed the field note approach. According to the findings of this research, the innovative in the work of Ahmad Fuadi Negeri 5 Menara has a sort of external code switching based on theory Suwito (1985).
