ANALISIS NILAI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DALAM NOVEL SI ANAK PELANGI KARYA TERE LIYE

Abstract

This study aims to describe the values of character education contained in the rainbow children’s novel by Tere Liye. This research method is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used is the document technique. The data analysis technique used is content analysis technique. The results of data analysis obtained from the rainbow children’s novel by Tere Liye there are seventeen values of character education, namely: religious values, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love for the homeland, respect for achievement, friendly/communication, love peace, love to read, care for the environment, care about social, responsibility.
