Abstract

The demands of the 4.0 industrial revolution era which encourage technology to be integrated in every learning process, but this is still minimal in its implementation in the mathematics learning process. In addition, the implementation of distance / online learning set by the government due to the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic. This study aims to develop Learning Media by Utilizing Telegram Bots on Number Pattern Material for Class VIII Junior High School. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research which refers to the ADDIE model with limitations up to the analysis stage, the design stage, and the development stage. The data collection technique used in this research is using a questionnaire. The instruments prepared to support data collection were validation sheets addressed to experts in their fields and questionnaire responses from educators and students. The data analysis technique used qualitative data and quantitative data which were analyzed through questionnaires. The data obtained by the researcher is qualitative data which will then be transformed into quantitative data using the Method of Summated Ratings (MSR). The results of the validation that have been carried out by each validator show that the developed learning media meets the valid and practical criteria.
