TINGKAT KEPUASAN ORANG TUA PESERTA DIDIK TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN DARING MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KELURAHAN SUNGAI ENAM TAHUN 2021

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing: 1) level of satisfaction of parents of learners from aspects of Online learning facilities in mathematics subjects. 2) the level of satisfaction of parents of students to the competence of teachers in carrying out Online learning in mathematics subjects in Sungai Enam Village. This research approach uses Quantitative and descriptive research types. The population of this study is all parents of students who have children attending junior high school and high school / vocational school as many as 670. The sample was taken based on isaac and michael formula with " sampling error" 5% so that in the sample can be a number of 100 people. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and documentation. This study shows that: 1) on the aspect of parental satisfaction with the online learning facilities aspects of mathematics subjects. Based on the accumulation of the highest score (rating) obtained in aspects of the way schools involve parents in school programs during the Covid-19 pandemic, the lowest score is achieved in the aspect of Facilities / supporting tools for Online learning, maasing scores of 2.72 and 2.03 respectively. 2) on the aspect of parental satisfaction with the competence of teachers in carrying out online learning of mathematics subjects. Based on the accumulation of the highest score obtaind on the aspectn of how teachers open math lessons and close lessons online, the lowest score is achieved in the aspect of how teachers assess children’s learning outcomes in Online learning of math subjects, the score are 3.07 and 2.06 respectively.
