Abstract

This research aims to describe physical structures: typography, image and majas. The inner structure is: the theme and mandate in the collection of poems Cracked Looking for Division by Junewal Muchtar. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The method used in this study is a method of descriptive description of words or sentences that are carefully and systematically arranged, ranging from collecting data to interpreting and reporting the results of research. The data studied is a collection of poems Cracked Looking for a Split by Junewal Muchtar. The data collection technique used in this study is a document technique. This research data is processed descriptively using content analysis techniques. The results of the study can be concluded there is a physical structure: first, typography as a whole has similarities, arrays that jut into the middle of the page, long and short array turns vary harmoniously so as to give rise to a solid rhythm. Second, the image that is widely used is visual images. Third, the widely used figurative language is hyperbole and personification. Inner structure: the first theme, of the 46 dominant theme poems is the theme of divinity and sovereignty of the people. The two mandates, the dominant of godhead, problems in life's problems, the importance of respecting each other and letting go of longing.
