Abstract

This study aims to see lesson plan based on the STEM approach with a project based learning model on ecosystem materials that are valid for use in the learning activities of class tenth-grade hight school students. The stem approach is a learning approach that integrates aspects of science, technology, engineering, mathematics into a learning system. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) method with 4D model which has 4 stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. Based on result of the research, it was obtained an average media validation results of 90% with the categorized “very validâ€. So it can be concluded that the development of lesson plan  based on the STEM approach with a project based learning model on ecosystem materials that are valid for use in the learning activities of class tenth-grade hight school students with the 4D model is very valid for later use in  the learning.
