Abstract

The minimal use of teaching materials can stimulate the ability of students not to develop optimally in learning mathematics at school. Therefore, it is necessary to develop teaching materials that can increase the activeness and courage of students in expressing opinions so that students feel challenged in solving problems. This study aims to develop student worksheet with a valid Osborn learning model to train students' abilities in the learning process in the classroom. This type of research is Research and Development using the 4D research model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). However, in this study only the Define, Design, Development stages were carried out and in this study it was carried out until the validation stage by experts without direct field trials. Data analysis techniques used quantitative and qualitative through questionnaires. The instruments used were peer assessment sheets and validation sheets by experts. The data obtained is qualitative data then converted into quantitative data using the method of summation of ranks with data processing using data analysis techniques MSR (method of summated ratings). The results of the validation of six validators show that the teaching materials developed are declared very valid and feasible to be tested in the field.
