Abstract

This study aims to find out the partial, simultaneous and direct and indirect influence of the
Implementation of Personnel Management Information System, Quality of Human Resources on
Employee Performance through Motivation as Intervening Variables in Batam City Environmental
Office. This research is categorized as quantitative research because it uses questionnaires as
research instruments that are the primary data in this research. The population in this study is the
entire State Civil Apparatus Of Batam City Environment Office. The sampling technique used is
saturated sample for the determination of the sample. The sample used in this study amounted to 75
respondents. The collected data is tested and analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program.
Data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive statistical test, data quality test, classical
assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis test.
