ANALISIS HASIL PRODUKSI PERIKANAN BUDIDAYA SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH PERATURAN MENTERI KELAUTAN DAN PERIKANAN NOMOR 49/PERMEN-KP/2014 DI KABUPATEN BINTAN

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the change in the Regulation of
the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries on Fish Farming Business from Number 12 of 2007 to
PERMEN-KP Number 49 of 2014 on aquaculture production in Bintan Regency. The population of
this study is all sub-districts in Bintan Regency, namely 10 (ten) districts that publish data on the
total production of marine aquaculture and freshwater aquaculture and the production value of
marine aquaculture and freshwater aquaculture production over a period of 10 (ten) years. namely
2009-2013 and 2015-2019. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling
method and obtained 5 samples that met the criteria, this study used SPSS 26. The method used in
this research is an event study where the observation period in this study consists of 5 (five) years
before the publication and 5 (five) years after the issuance of PERMEN-KP Number 49 of 2014.
Hypothesis testing used is the wilcoxon signed rank test. The results showed that there were
significant differences in the total production of seawater and freshwater aquaculture as well as the
production value of marine aquaculture and freshwater aquaculture
