PENGARUH UMUR, PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA, KONTRIBUSI WANITA PENYADAP KARET, DAN CURAHAN TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN KELUARGA DESA SUNGAI SEBESI TANJUNGBATU KUNDUR KABUPATEN KARIMUN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Effects of age, Work Productivitiy, the Contribution of Rubber-Wiretaps Women, and the Suppression of Labor to the Family Income Desa Sungai Sebesi Tanjungbatu Kundur Kabupaten Karimun. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were rubber wire farmer Desa Sungai Sebesi Tanjungbatu Kundur. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 81 people. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The coolected data was tested and analyzed using the SPSS 26 program. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability. The results of the multiple linear regression test are Y = -2.443 + 0,629 Age + 0,803 Work Productivitiy + 0,182 Contribution of Rubber-Wiretaps Women + 0,397 Suppression of Labor to the Family Income. The results of the partial test prove that the Work Productivitiy and Suppression of Labor variabels affect on family income, while the age and Contribution of Rubber-Wiretaps Women variable has no effect on family income. Furthermore, a simultaneous test score of 25.805 proves that Of Age, Work Productivitiy, the Contribution of Rubber-Wiretaps Women, and the Suppression of Labor simultaneously influence the Family Income Desa Sungai Sebesi Tanjungbatu Kundur Kabupaten Karimun.
