PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK WIRAUSAHA, MODAL PSIKOLOGIS DAN INOVASI TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN UMKM KECAMATAN BUKIT BESTARI KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Characteritics, Psychological Capital and Innovation on the Development of Umkm Bukit Bestari Sub-district, Tanjung Pinang City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are some of the restaurants and food stalls in the Bukit Bestari Sub-district, Tanjung Pinang City. The sampling technique in this study is Nonprobability. The collected data were tested and analyzed using the SPSS 26 program, the questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability. The results pf the multiple linear regression test are Y = -3,122 + 0,452 Entreneurual Characteristics + 0,244 Psychological Capital + 0,510 Innovation. The results of the partial test prove that the variable characteristics of entrepreneurship and innovation have an effect on the development of umkm, while the variable psychological capital has no effect on the development of umkm, furthermore, the simultaneous test obtained a value of 25,844 proving that the characteristics of entrepreneurship, psychological capital and innovation simultaneously influence the development of the umkm Hill Sub-district of Bukit Bestari, Tanjung Pinang City.
