PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN KERJA, FASILITAS, DAN PENGALAMAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA HIMPUNAN NELAYAN SELURUH INDONESIA RANTING HNSI KECAMATAN TAMBELAN KABUPATEN BINTAN

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of work skills. Facilities, and experience of work productivity Himpunan Seluruh Indonesia Ranting HNSI Kecamatan Tambelan Kabupaten Bintan. this type of research is quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 34 people. Then determine the sample with non-probability sampling techniques so that the sample in this study is the total number of the population that is 34 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, including t test, F test and coefficient of determination. T test results showed that the Work Skills variable (X1) had a significant effect on work productivity, facilities (X2) had a significant effect on Work Productivity, and Experience (X3) had a significant effect on Work Productivity. Based on the F test the probability value sig 0.00 <0.05 which means that together work skills, facilities, and experience have a significant effect on work productivity (Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.652% can be interpreted that the influence of work skills, facilities, and experience, on work productivity is 65.2%. The remaining 34.8% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
