PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN PENERAPAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI PADA PERUSAHAAN BIDANG KELAUTAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2015-20

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on corporate value with the disclosure of good corporate governance as a moderating variable in companies registered in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the Period of 2015-2019. The independent variable in this study is financial performance while the dependent variable is the value of the company with a moderating variable that is good corporate governance. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of financial statements. The population in this study are marine companies registered in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period as many as 35 marine companies, with a total sample of 16 companies. The sampling technique is to use a purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing results indicate: a) the proxy's financial performance using (ROA) partially has a significant effect with a positive coefficient on firm value; b) Good Corporate Governance which is proxy using (board of commissioners) partially significant effect with a negative coefficient on the value of the company; c) Good Corporate Governance that is proxied to use (the board of commissioners) partially able to moderate the relationship between financial performance and corporate value.
