Abstract

In general, this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of work discipline, motivation, career development dan work environment on performance at the Office of the Marine and Coast Guard Unit (KPLP) Class II Tanjung Uban. This type of research in this thesis is a quantitative research. The sample in this study were civil servants 9PNS) in the Office of the Marine and Coast Guard Unit (KPLP) Class II Tanjung Uban, totaling 45 people. Data analysis was performed using quantitave methods. Data obtained throught questionnaires and tested using SPSS statistical bersion 26. The results of the study seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.655 can be interpreted that effect work discipline, motivation, career development dan work environment on performance at the Office of the Marine and Coast Guard Unit (KPLP) Class II Tanjung Uban 65.5%. Based on the partial test proves that variable work discipline, motivation, career development have a significant effect on performance anda on the work environment do not have a significant effect on performance. While the simultaneous test pf the probality value of sig 0.00 < 0.05, which means that together the variables of work discipline, motivation, career development dan work environment have significant effect on performance at Office of the Marine and Coast Guard Unit (KPLP) Class II Tanjung Uban.
