Abstract

In general, this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of job rotation, workload and organizational climate on employee work productivity at the Kesyahbandaran and Otoritas Pelabuhan Class II Tanjungpinang Office. This type of research in this thesis is quantitative research. The sample in this study were civil servants (PNS) at the Kesyahbandaran and Otoritas Pelabuhan Class II Tanjungpinang Office, amounting to 65 people. Data analysis was performed using quantitative methods. Data obtained through questionnaires and tested using SPSS statistical version 26. The results of the study seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.539 can be interpreted that the effect of job rotation, workload and organizational climate on employee work productivity at the Kesyahbandaran and Otoritas Pelabuhan Class II Tanjungpinang Office is 53,9%. Based on the partial test proves that the variable job rotation, workload and organizational climate has a significant influence on employee work productivity. While the simultaneous test of the probability value of sig is 0.00 <0.05, which means that together with variable job rotation, workload and organizational climate significantly effect the work productivity of employees at the Kesyahbandaran and Otoritas Pelabuhan Class II Tanjungpinang Office.
