In general, this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of morale, reward and job promotion on job satisfaction at the District Navigation Class 1 Tanjungpinang Office. This type of research in this thesis is quantitative research. The sample in this study were civil servants (PNS) in the District Navigation Class 1 Tanjungpinang Office, totaling 59 people. Data analysis was performed using quantitative methods. Data obtained through questionnaires and tested using SPSS statistical version 26. The results of the study seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.434 can be interpreted that the effect of morale, reward and job promotion on job satisfaction at the District Navigation Class 1 Office is 43,4%. Based on the partial test proves that variable morale, reward and job promotion variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction. While the simultaneous test of the probability value of sig is 0.00 <0.05, While the simultaneous test of the sig probability value is 0.00 <0.05, which means that together the variables of work morale, reward and job promotion have job satisfaction at the District Navigation Class 1 Tanjungpinang Office.
