Abstract

In general, this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of work ability, career development, and motivation on work performance at the Distrik Navigasi Class 1 Tanjungpinang Office. This type of research in this thesis is quantitative research. The sample in this study were civil servants (PNS) in the Class 1 Distrik Navigasi Tanjungpinang Office, totaling 59 people. Data analysis was performed using quantitative methods. Data obtained through questionnaires and tested using SPSS statistical version 26. The results of the study seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.627 can be interpreted that the effect of work ability, career development, and motivation on work performance at the DISNAV Office is 62,7%. Based on the partial test proves that variable work ability, career development, and motivation have a significant effect on work performance. While the simultaneous test of the probability value of sig is 0.00 <0.05, which means that together the variables of work ability, career development, and motivation have a significant effect on work performance at the Distrik Navigasi Class 1 Tanjungpinang Office.
