The purpose of this study was to examine the Application of Training and Motivation to Increase Employee Productivity with Performance as an Intervening Variable in the Industrial 4.0 in the Madu Tiga Resort Maritime Tourism Resort in Bintan Regency, Riau Islands. The variables used in this study are training and motivation as independent variables, performance as an intervening variable and employee productivity as the dependent variable. This research is categorized as quantitative research because it uses a questionnaire as a research instrument which is the primary data in this study. The population in this study were all employees who worked at Madu Tiga Resort as many as 30 people. The sampling technique used is the saturation technique by taking all parts of the population as a sample. The collected data was tested and analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program. Data analysis methods used in this study were descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classic assumption tests, path analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study note that training and motivation partially affect performance, training partially influences employee productivity, motivation partially does not affect productivity, performance partially has significant effect on employee productivity, training and motivation simultaneously influence performance, training and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity, training directly has a significant effect on employee productivity without going through performance as an intervening variable and motivation has an indirect effect on employee productivity through performance as an intervening variable
