PENGARUH EFEKTIVITAS, MOTIVASI, PELATIHAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP DAN PENGALAMAN USAHA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN USAHA PENJAHIT DI KECAMATAN BUKIT BESTARI KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Effectiveness, Motivation, Entrepreneurship Training and Business Experience on Tailor Business Revenue in Bukit Bestari District, Tanjungpinang City. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in this study were tailor business actors in Bukit Bestari District with a random sampling method and the sample size of 45 respondent data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis including t test (partial), showing that Effectiveness, motivation, Entrepreneurship Training and Business Experience had a positive effect significant impact on tailor business income. While the test results of the probalitiy value sig 0,00<0,05 which means that simultaneously Effectiveness, motivation, Entrepreneurship Training and Business Experience have a significant positive significant positive effect on tailor’s Business Revenues. Based on the Coefficient of determination test seen froom the value (Adjusted R2) of 0,645 can be interpreted that the effect of Effectiveness, motivation, Entrepreneurship Training and Business Experience on Business Income using the remaining 64,5% the Remaining 35,5% influenced by other variables not presented in this study.
