Abstract

The results of this study aim to determine the promotion of position, work environment and internal communication to job satisfaction at the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Riau Islands Province. This research is categorized as quantitative research with instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample used in this study was 48 civil servant (PNS) marine and fisheries service offices. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The collected data was tested and analyzed using the SPSS 24 program. Test the validity of the instrument using the Correlation Bivariate formula, whereas, the Reliability test used Cronbach Alpha. The measuring instrument is valid and reliable for this research instrument. Based on the results of the study note that the results of multiple linear regression test is Y = -11,943 + 0,520 X1 + 0,705 X2 + 0,164 X3. Where Promotion Position (X1), Work Environment (X2) Internal Communication (X3) and Job Satisfaction (Y). Partial test results for variable promotions, work environment and internal communication have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of simultaneous testing of job promotion variables, work environment and internal communication have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
