Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance with Organization citizenship behavior as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on employees of the Marjoly resort with 25 respondents. Research respondents were determined using the saturated sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach with the data analysis technique used is the path analysis technique. The test results get job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on OCB partially, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on OCB simultaneously, Job Satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially, job satisfaction and commitment organizational positive and significant effect on employee performance simultaneously, OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially, and OCB is considered to have no significant effect mediating the relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance with a value (p1 x p5> p4) that is 0.117> 0 , the same result is also obtained between organizational commitment to employee performance with OCB which does not significantly influence the mediation relationship and has a value (p2 x p7> p5) that is 0.295> 0.379. The limitation of this study is that the location of this study is only within the scope of Marjoly Reosrt so that the results of this study cannot explain the state of the resorts other than the object of the study
