ANALISIS PERAN KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT (KUR) DALAM PENINGKATAN PROFITABILITAS UMKM DI PEPPERMINT BISTRO & TERACCE DI TANJUNGPINANG

The purpose of this study was to determine whether and how the KUR program increased UMKM income in Tanjungpinang. This research usesdescriptive qualitative research, namely research that seeks to address existing problem solving based on data presenting data, analyzingand interpreting. In order to provide a clear, logical and accurate picture of the results of data collection, the data obtained were collected in the form of data obtained through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study which were then analyzed more deeply. Ther results showed that KUR played a role in increasing the profitability of these UMKM. This can be seen through the increase the profitability ratio of the business, namely the gross profit margin, net profit margin, and the profit margin itself which have grown quite significantly sice the business received capital assistance through KUR at BRI. In order for the government to become responsible, the government requires the role of several related afencies, namely BRI as a channel for KUR capital, dnas trade and UMKM, and the Manpower Office as well as providing counseling and direction to UMKM entrepreneurs.
