STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA KULINER RUMAH MAKAN SEAFOOD PANTAI NABILA DOMPAK DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PENJUALAN
The pupose of this research is to find out how to the business development strategy is in an effort to increase sales at the Nabila Dompak Beach Seafood Restaurant. This study usesa type of qualitative research. Information collection is done by using observation, interview and documentation methods. The information obtained is processed and identified using the SWOT analysis technique. The results of the SWOT analysis show that Nabila Dompak Beach Seafood Restaurant is in quadrant V, wich indicates that this position is best controlled with defense and maintain strategies. The strategies commonly used are market penetration and product development strategies.
