Abstract

This study aims to analyze motivation, interests, and learning styles that have an impact on increasing online learning achievement. This research was conducted on students of the Faculty of Economics, Raja Ali Haji Maritime University with the number of key informants 1 lecturer and 4 students and the number of respondents as many as 67 students. This research uses purposive sampling technique for qualitative and probability sampling for quantitative with Slovin formula for sample determination. This research is a mix method research using descriptive data analysis techniques, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, t test and data validity test. The data were processed using the IBM SPSS Statistic 26 program. Based on this research, it was found that motivation (X1), interest (X2), and learning style (X2) had a partial positive effect on learning motivation. Learning motivation during online lectures can improve student learning achievement after students have an awareness of the high competition for human resources in the world of work that they will face. Students' interest in learning seems to decrease after carrying out online lectures. The most suitable learning styles in the online lecture process are audio and visual It is very difficult to apply a kinesthetic learning style due to various limitations. There is a decrease in learning achievement when they are still just carrying out online lectures, adaptation is needed so that students are able to improve their achievements again after understanding and having found solutions to the obstacles that have been faced so far
