Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of Ability, Conflict, Facilities, and Training on Work Productivity. The population in this study amounted to 30 fishermen in the Independent Jaya Fisherman Group, KampungMelayuSenggarang. With the slovin method, a sample of 30 fishermen was obtained. This type of research is quantitative research. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, including t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that ability (X1) had a significant effect on work productivity, conflict (X2) had a negative and significant effect on work productivity, facilities (X3) had a significant effect on work productivity, training (X4) has a significant effect on work productivity, and the F test results obtained 106,135 identify that ability, conflict, facilities and training on work productivity (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, about 94.4% of work productivity is influenced by ability, conflict, facilities, and training. The remaining 8.32% is influenced by other factors not described in this study.
